Death Stranding 2 had its big moment at SXSW this morning with a bunch of new details revealed for the game, a new 10 minute trailer alongside the fact that the game is releasing on June 26th for PS5.
The game is also getting a collector’s edition, a digital deluxe edition, and a bunch of pre-order bonuses, and it’s a good thing that these exist because they have revealed that Death Stranding 2 will feature Aussie icon the Quokka in a big, big way.
Whilst we don’t know the context (and if Australia will actually feature in any significant way), the do know that all three special editions come with a Quokka Hologram as well as a patch featuring the iconic Aussie hero.
Death Stranding 2 is launching on June 26th with pre-orders going live on March 17th. You can watch the new trailer below:
