An Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Remake been rumoured for some time, but according to a new report from NatetheHate suggests the game will be announced in the incoming weeks with the game releasing as soon as April.
The Oblivion remake is apparently being developed by Virtuous (Metal Gear Sold 3) and will apparently be a full Unreal Engine 5 remake with reworked gameplay systems including sneaking, blocking, archery, hit reaction, stamina and the HUD.
Either this month or next month. Release is likely to be sooner than the original June target; but still working to get details on an updated release date.

It’s also said that the game’s blocking system has been totally redone and is now inspired by Souks-like games, and the HUD is now easier to understand and more aesthetically pleasing.
It does seem a little bit odd that an Oblivion Remake could be releasing imminently without being officially announced yet, but it’s one that would prove to be very, very popular after the success of Skyrim.
