PlayStation has revealed that Ghost of Yotei will release on October 2nd exclusively for the PS5.
Alongside the release date, a brand new trailer for the game was revealed which showcases new weapons, a few of her allies and a new gameplay mechanic that will allow you to glimpse into the past.
Ghost of Yotei will see Atsu hunting down the Yotei Six in the game with an evolved open world and new challenges. You’ll get to pick in which order you tackle these. It’s said that some of the activities from Ghost of Tsushima will be returning as well as a bunch of new ones, and you’ll be able to setup a campfire anywhere in the open world.
If that wasn’t enough, a bunch of editions were revealed including a Collector’s Edition that PlayStation is calling the best its ever produced.

Pre-orders for all of the Ghost of Yotei editions will begin today at 10:00am AEST.

GHOST OF YOTEI COLLECTOR’S EDITION
The Ghost of Yotei Collector’s Edition will cost $369.95 AUD.
- Atsu’s Ghost Mask built to scale with Jin’s mask measuring 6.8 x 5 x 5.9 inches. It’s made of resin and features its own display stand.
- Atsu’s sash measuring 71 inches long and including the names of the Yotei six
- replica of the Tsuba from Atsu’s katana measuring 3×3 inches and including its own display stand
- Pouch of coins and instructions to play Zeni Hajik
- Foldable papercraft ginkgo tree along with a wolf at its base

The Ghost of Yotei Deluxe Edition will cost $139.95 AUD.
The Digital Deluxe edition of Ghost of Yotei will include Snake Armor, Digital Deluxe Armor Dye, a Horse and Saddle, traveler’s maps and a sword kit.
GHOST OF YOTEI PRE-ORDER CONTENT
The Ghost of Yotei Standard Edition will cost $124.95 AUD.
For those that pre-order Ghost of Yotei, you will get an Atsu + Yotei Six avatar set as well as an in-game mask.
