We’ve known for some time that the final season of Fortnite Chapter 6 will feature The Simpsons, but we now have a total key art leak which reveals the characters coming to the game, as well as the map (which will apparently transform into Springfield as the month rolls on).
As far as characters go, we obviously have Marge and Homer front and centre, Bart and Lisa are riding exoskeletons which should bring them up to the same height as regular characters, and I think Maggie will get that same treatment as we can see her off in the distance getting carried away by Kang and Kodos.
Outside of that it’s a mix of side-characters with Krusty, Ned, Scratchy and Moe all seen around the map, and Fortnite characters such as Peely are seen in a cel-shaded art style. We also get a look at a cel-shaded storm as well, which makes sense given the rest of the game is being given that treatment.
As far as the map goes, it’s rumoured that it will keep fully evolving into Springfield as the month rolls on with the first iteration having the Town Square and Nuclear Power Plant, but we can see Moe’s Tavern in addition to the Krust-E-Burger in the key art as well.
As a massive The Simpsons fan (and just coming off Ghostface entering the game), I’m super excited to jump back into Fortnite and can’t wait to do just that next week.
