Apple has announced a huge amount of products overnight. Not only are we getting four new iPhones, but the new Apple Watch was also announced alongside a brand new base level iPad and iPad Mini.
IPHONE 13 PRO AUSTRALIAN PRICE AND RELEASE DATE
The iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro come in Sierra Blue, Silver, Gold and Graphite. It’s releasing on Friday, September 24th with pre-orders going live on this Friday at 10pm AEST. The iPhone 13 Pro starts at $1,699 AUD whilst the iPhone 13 Pro Max starts at $1,849 AUD.
The big difference with the iPhone 13 Pro models is the fact that they now have a ProMotion 120Hz adaptive refresh display, and the notch is now smaller at the top of the display. The display is also 25% brighter outdoors. These things will all be great for gaming. Apple will intelligently look at the what’s being displayed on screen and adjust the refresh rate accordingly. This will add 2.5 more hours of battery life on the 13 Pro Max and 1.5 more hours on the standard iPhone 13 Pro.
When it comes to cameras, the new Ultra Wide camera can focus at just 2cm, the Wide camera capture 2.2x more light and the Ultra Wide camera lets in 92% more light. The new telephoto lense has a 3x optical zoom as well. Just like on the iPhone 13, the new Cinematic mode will let you shift from subject to subject whilst recording.
IPHONE 13 AUSTRALIAN PRICE AND RELEASE DATE
The iPhone 13 comes in five colours. Pink, blue, midnight, starlight and product red. It’s releasing on Friday, September 24th with pre-orders going live on this Friday at 10pm AEST. The iPhone 13 Mini starts at $1,119 AUD and the iPhone 13 starts at $1,349.
The main differences are that it now starts at 2x the storage (128gb) and it has an OLED display that is 28 percent brighter. When it comes to battery life you’ll get 2.5 more hours on the iPhone 13 and 1.5 more hours on the iPhone 13 mini.
A new ultra wide camera that captures more dark deals, the wide camera lets in 47% more light. A new cinematic mode allows you to quickly shift focus from one subject to another on the fly.
APPLE WATCH SERIES 7 AUSTRALIAN PRICE AND RELEASE DATE
The Apple Watch Series 7 will be available later this year. It has almost invisible bezels making the display much bigger. The case has now been rounded and smoothed out, which will make for a less harsher image. As with the last Apple Watch it’s an always on display. The Apple Watch is now more crack resistant, dust resistant and water resistant.
NEW IPAD AND NEW IPAD MINI AUSTRALIAN PRICE AND RELEASE DATE
Apple announced a new iPad and new iPad Mini. Both of these devices are out on September 24th but you can pre-order them now. The iPad Mini starts at $749 AUD whilst the new iPad starts at $499 AUD. The show stealer was without doubt the New iPad Mini. It has smaller bezels, a larger screen and has lost the home button just like other iPads to make a much sexier device. It’s now Apple Pencil compatible and has 5G support. The screen is an 8.3 inch Liquid Retina display and touch ID is now integrated into the top of the display.
The new iPad has a new ultra wide front camera with centre stage and an A13 Bionic Chip which should make getting tasks done quickly a lot easier.
