Microsoft has accidently offended people in the subject line of a Dead Rising 4 marketing email which was sent to members of their Xbox subscriber list.
The subject line reads ‘NNNNGGGHHHAAA’ whilst the body of the email shows Frank with two zombies.
Whilst you’d need to really read between the lines to find anything offensive, Microsoft definitely could have used a better combination of letters to define a zombie grunt.

So which is it? The author clearly know's that Microsoft sent out something that *some* people *interpret* as a racial slur, not that they "sent a racial slur" like the title of the article suggests.
This is lazy clickbait journalism. If you could call it journalism, there really is no content in the article. The title is the billed content.
I suggest you update the title to reflect the brief content within.
