It’s the worst possible timing, but Xbox Live is currently down across the globe.
The core functionality of logging into Xbox Live on all platforms is down as of 8:28am this morning. Similarly, purchasing and using content is also down on consoles.
As of 9:00am, Down Detector says that there’s 1,400 reports of Xbox Live users having problems logging in.
Here’s the official statement on Xbox’s status site:
Our engineers and developers are actively continuing to work to resolve the issue causing some members to have problems signing in to Xbox Live. Stay tuned, and thanks for your patience.
