Death Stranding Looks To Be Coming To Xbox Game Pass For PC

A big get.

Xbox looks to be teasing Death Stranding on Xbox Game Pass for PC.

Overnight, they updated the Xbox Game Pass PC Twitter profile picture to a photo with a stunning landscape along with some big rocks along with the caption “sometimes we just like a good landscape picture”.

A Twitter user quickly pointed out that it was a match for a landscape image from Death Stranding.

If this is indeed the announcement, we’d expect to see it at Gamescom Opening Night Live which takes place on Wednesday morning at 04:00 am AEST. We’ll be at Gamescom this year and bringing you the latest from the show floor.

This would be a pretty big deal as obviously this was a PlayStation published game on the PS4/PS5, but is published by 505 Games on the PC.

This would be great for a bunch of gamers who haven’t got to experience this great game before.

We gave the game an 8/10 in our review and said: “Hideo Kojima has long been a visionary auteur, his feted career stands as proof. With no walls to contain him, he has given birth to Death Stranding. It’s an experience that will be remembered for a long time, from its early hype to the untethered lunacy of its narrative. It’s an art installation of a game that filled me with rage as often as it did joy. It is sweeping in both lustre and purpose, though it wears a few warts on the pleasant, bare bones of a game about deliveries that has no right to be as memorable as it somehow is.”
