On top of giving us a huge, 45-minute deep dive into the game itself in today’s Starfield Direct, Bethesda also took the time to show off the game’s various editions set to release in September this year.
Chief among these is the Starfield Constellation Edition, the game’s very fancy Collector’s Edition that features some wonderfully-crafted items designed to feel authentically straight out of the game.
Included in this collector’s edition and nestled within a fully-realised Constellation case, a replica Chronomark watch based on the one used by the player character in-game will greet fans with a similarly accurate design and actual smart watch features for pairing to a phone. Alongside this, those that pick up the Constellation Edition will get the game via digital download, a special patch, access to the game’s first major expansion titled Shattered Space, a SteelBook case, skins, digital goodies and up to five days early access to the game itself.
A Digital Premium Edition and separate Premium Upgrade are also available, and also include the five days early access and first story expansion.
The Starfield Constellation Edition is going for a cool $499.95 with Amazon, EB Games and JB Hi-Fi all having opened up pre-orders locally – you can get it from Amazon here.
