Thanks to poorly-controlled court documents that literally anybody can download and access, not only have Microsoft’s plans for a mid-gen refresh of both the Xbox Series X and Series S and a brand-new design for its Xbox Wireless Controller leaked, but a number of unannounced Bethesda-published games have also appeared on a schedule of future releases.
The files were picked up by Resetera, where a link to the PDF uploaded by the US courts was found to have a ton of attached slides containing the unannounced information. It’s a genuine treasure trove of super-early information that we’re sure Microsoft didn’t want out there, but the proverbial cat has well and truly left the bag.
We won’t link to anything directly here, but for as long as they remain up you can see the images below from Twitter showing the schedule, which features the likes of an Oblivion remaster coming alongside MachineGames’ Indiana Jones, a new Doom release and two codenamed projects alongside the Elder Scrolls VI, a Fallout 3 remaster, Ghostwire: Tokyo and Dishonored sequels and more likely in the far future (a lot of these release windows, like Starfield, seem outdated and are marked as estimates):

Normally this would be the stuff of rumours and hearsay, but given these have all come from accidentally-accessible official documents submitted to US courts it’s really just a wild circumstance. You can read more about the leaks of Microsoft’s upcoming console and controller hardware refreshes right here.
