Today I learned that Razer has a sustainability mascot, and it’s an adorable little snake named Sneki Snek. Fantastic.
Even better, Razer’s sustainability hero has teamed up with my childhood hero, Sonic the Hedgehog, in a new and very cool collaboration that’s resulted in some sick new merchandise. These two planetary protectors, one destined to rescue helpless wildlife from the clutches of the evil Robotnik and the other on a mission to save as many of Earth’s trees as possible, join forces in this new design that features both characters and their respective mottos – “Gotta Go Fast!” and “Save Trees!”
Despite the obvious fact that one of the two has a much better motto, this is a great little initiative. Proceeds from each piece in the collection go toward saving 10 trees with Razer’s conservation partner, Conservation International, which is apparently the case with all Sneki Snek merchandise. Very nice.
