Duskbloods is still set to come to Nintendo Switch 2 later this year, and FromSoft has just launched applications for the network test that is taking place next month
HOW TO JOIN THE DUSKBLOODS NETWORK TEST
Aussies can register to join HERE between today and July 28th at 11:59pm. You must have a Nintendo Switch Online account and obviously a Nintendo Switch 2 because the game is exclusive.
WHEN WILL SUCCESFUL DUSKBLOODS NETWORK TEST PEOPLE BE CHOSEN
The announcement will happen on August 7th at 11:00pm.
WHEN IS THE DUSKBLOODS NETWORK TEST TAKING PLACE
The Duskbloods Network test is taking place at the below times for those that are successful:
- August 21st (Fri) at 20:00 to 00:00 AEST
- August 22nd (Sat) at 12:00 to 16:00 AEST
- August 23rd (Sun) at 04:00 to 08:00 AEST
- August 23rd (Sun) at 20:00 to 00:00 AEST
- August 24th (Mon) at 12:00 to 16:00 AEST
WHAT CONTENT WILL BE IN THE DUSKBLOODS NETWORK TEST
The Duskbloods Network Test allows for up to eight players to participate together in each of the multiplayer matches while the game is still in development. It will be testing 3 areas:
- Game server load test: We will connect a large number of players simultaneously to verify gameplay while putting a load on the game server.
- Multiplayer test: We will test for various problems that may occur when multiple people play together in different network environments, and various phenomena that may occur by having many users participate.
- Game balance test: When real players test the game together, the developers can gather data about how well the game is balanced.
