Amazon has revealed the games that Prime members will be able to download and keep at no extra cost for the month of February, and it’s got a month of classic gaming with the unbeatable original Fallout and a heap of “Recharged” takes on some old-school arcade action.
It’s definitely one of the weaker months in recent memory if you’re hoping for more modern indie or AAA fare, but being able to download and keep these games even if your Amazon Prime subscription expires means there’s no reason not to claim them.
February 8 – Missile Command: Recharged [Epic Games Store] — Protect cities from an onslaught of missiles, tanks and more in this modern take on an arcade favorite.
February 15 – Criminal Archives: Alphabetic Murders — Collector’s Edition [Legacy Games Code] — Can you uncover the connection between three different murder cases? Logic will be your most helpful weapon in this murder mystery.
February 15 – Tempest 4000 [Amazon Games App] — Based on the original arcade game Tempest, this tube shooter is an action-packed visual adventure.
February 22 – Blade Assault [Amazon Games App] — Bring justice to a desolate sci-fi city in this 2D rogue-lite platformer, uniquely stylized with pixel art.
