For the first time, in the Destiny 2 reveal at Sony’s conference, we got our first look at the game’s big bad, Ghaul. He’s a menacing chap.
Not only do we get a further look at the game’s story and action, we also got a good indication of what will be coming exclusively to PlayStation users, in alignment with the exclusivity deal Sony has with Bungie.
So we’re looking at an exclusive strike known as Lake of Shadows, as well as a PVP map called Retribution. There’s also one exclusive gun called the Borealis and, on the minor scale, a ship called City Apex.
Destiny 2 releases on September 8 in Australia and no word of a beta date has emerged just yet. Interestingly, the trailer detailed a September 6 release date. So the game has either potentially been pushed forward, or it releases early for PlayStation.
