During the pre-show for their E3 conference, Ubisoft announced that a Story Creator mode would be coming to Assassin’s Creed Odyssey that will allow players to craft their own huge, expansive narratives with branching dialogue choices and options.
The mode is entirely free and is apparently cross-platform to boot.
It’s going to be pretty neat to see what players can do with a tool like this and it only adds longevity to Odyssey without Ubisoft having to directly have people working on it. Plus, they might unearth some talented writers from their own community, which would be a nice twist.
The Story Creator mode is available now.
