One of the developers from the original Ape Escape game has provided some very early concept art for the game’s characters.
The game was originally known as ‘Project Kids’ and as you can see from the images below, the characters were a lot more human looking and didn’t have the certain edge that they went on to have in the final game.
The wait for a new Ape Escape game is getting more excruciating as the game went on. It’s one of PlayStation’s best series and the last few games have been gimmicky and not faithful to the original series at all.
