Although we’ve known for a minute that Prime Video’s hugely-exciting new Fallout series was set to drop this week on April 11th (after having been brought forward from its original date of April 12th/13th), the exact time that fans can expect to tune in and binge watch the entire season has been revealed.
Confirming that it’s premiering a little earlier than expected, the official Fallout on Prime account has revealed that the series will drop on April 10th at 6PM PT time, which means Aussies will be able to get watching on Thursday, April 11th at 11AM AEST. Perhaps a few of us will be feeling a little under the weather that morning?

Set in Los Angeles a whole 200 years after a nuclear apocalypse, Fallout will follow Lucy (played by Ella Purnell) as she steps out of Vault 33 into the unknown and unhinged world above. The trailer gives us a good look at life both in the vault and above the surface, as well as the packed cast of eccentric characters played by the likes of Walton Goggins, Kyle MacLachlan, Michael Emerson and more.
“Based on one of the greatest video game series of all time, Fallout is the story of haves and have-nots in a world in which there’s almost nothing left to have,” the trailer’s description reads.
“200 years after the apocalypse, the gentle denizens of luxury fallout shelters are forced to return to the irradiated hellscape their ancestors left behind — and are shocked to discover an incredibly complex, gleefully weird and highly violent universe waiting for them.”
