Zero Latency Is Getting An Official Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine VR Experience

Cool!

Zero Latency, the world leader in immersive free-roam VR experiences that started right here in Australia, has revealed its latest collaboration with a popular IP and it’s a huge one with Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine VR: Defenders of Avarax set to exclusively hit locations around the globe in October this year.

Warhammer nerds fans will be able dive right into the world and become Space Marines thanks to Zero Latency’s unbeatable VR facilities, with a 30-minute cooperative shooting experience for up to 8 players, in what’s being called Zero Latency’s “biggest world yet.”

In Space Marine VR, players will explore the Hive City of Fervastium and fight against the alien force known as the Tyranids with a selection of recognisable Space Marine weaponry, making this sound like an especially faithful and well-crafted outing for hardcore fans to check out.

“The Warhammer 40,000 universe and Space Marine in particular has such awesome lore and history, we just couldn’t wait to dive into it,” says Zero Latency CEO, Tim Ruse, in an accompanying press release. “With Space Marine VR: Defenders of Avarax, we are pushing our technology to the limits, and our talented development team is creating our most immersive and thrilling experience yet. We can’t wait for players to step into the Warhammer 40,000 setting and take on the Tyranids in this epic adventure.”
