Rayman: The Board Game’s Newly-Revealed Figurines Look Fantastic

Limbless but not figureless.

FLYOS has revealed a new look at its upcoming collaboration with Ubisoft, Rayman: The Board Game, revealing the four figurines that players will be using in the 1-4 player tabletop game.

The game, which is being designed by the acclaimed Maxime Tardif (EARTH) and FLYOS, is due to launch in the coming months and will be live on Kickstarter in September. The original description of the game suggested it would be a 2-5 player experience but this has since seemingly been revised, with the new official description reading:

“Join Rayman and his friends in their latest adventure! Challenge your friends, rescue the Teensies and sprint to the finish line.

“This exciting 1-4 player tabletop racing game features countless customization options, ensuring endless replayability for the whole family. Plus, a co-op mode lets players join forces against memorable bosses of varying difficulty.”

The four characters available to players in Rayman: The Board Game will be the four core heroes of Rayman Legends – Rayman, Globox, Barbara and a Teensy (the Grand Minimus, in this case). You can see a first look at the figurine designs below:
