DOOM On Nintendo Switch Just Got Motion Controls

DOOM on Nintendo Switch was thought to have motion controls at release due to a pre-release video that showed motion aiming in the settings. Unfortunately, once it was released players soon discovered that you could only use the right Joy-Con to melee attack.

Well, the 1.1.1 update has finally brought us properly gyro aiming, which will definitely be helpful with a game like DOOM.

Unfortunately, there’s no footage of it yet, but the update is available to download right now, so get to it.
