Nintendo announced a few more last-minute celebrations for Mario’s 35th anniversary overnight, the largest being a Limited Edition system focusing on everyone’s favourite plumber.
The system will come with a red console, red dock, two red Joy-Con with blue Joy-Con straps, with red detailing on the straps. It’ll also come with a blue Joy-Con holder and a red Mario case.
In Australia, it’ll cost $469.96 and it will release on February 12th. Pre-orders aren’t yet live but we’ll let you know as soon as they are.

It’ll be interesting to see what Nintendo has in store for other anniversaries this year with Zelda, Metroid and Donkey Kong all seeing major milestones.
