Nintendo Switch 2 GameStop Accessory Leaks

Nintendo Switch 2 Accessories Have Appeared On GameStop Systems

It's further evidence a reveal is surely imminent

It feels like we’ve had a Nintendo Switch 2 leak almost every day this week, with the latest being the appearance of some accessory SKUs appearing on GameStop’s internal systems. A picture shared to Reddit shows numerous accessories for the yet-to-be-revealed successor to the Nintendo Switch including carry cases, screen protectors and micro-SD cards for expanded memory.

Perhaps the most interesting tidbit from the images is that the expanded memory appears to support Express microSD cards, the next-generation of the storage cards. The cards are faster than previous generations supported by the current Nintendo Switch, the upgrade comparable to the NVME SSD storage technology in the PlayStation 5 and modern PC hardware.

The faster cards could well improve load times, game performance and installation times.

Prices are interesting too, with a 256GB card priced at $49.99 USD and a 512GB card at $84.99 USD. A charging stand is also listed at $29.99. Obviously we’re yet to learn what these will cost in Australia, but it doesn’t look excessive assuming these are the RRP for official accessories.

A street date is listed against some of the items with the earliest being the charging stand listed for 17th October 2025. The Switch 2 has long been expected in the coming months which makes October seem unlikely, but we’ll surely learn soon when to expect the Switch 2 given the onslaught of leaks. The announcement must be soon!

It comes after our best look of the console so far yesterday with Genki posting a webpage for their Switch 2 accessory waitlist.
