Nintendo has today lifted the lid off Super Mario Bros Wonder Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Meetup In Bellabel Park which is releasing on March 26th.
In addition to new Nintendo Switch 2 enhancements, the new expansion will be $30 for those that own the original game and introduce a new character in Rosalina, with a second player able to control Luma using mouse controls as well as a new power-up where Mario can turn into a flower.
There’s a new Attraction Central area where you can play mini games including 17 co-op and competitive mini games locally and a 7 others that can be played online with other people.
There’s also a Toad Brigade Training Camp where you can take on challenges set in courses from the original game, and there’s also a new Koopaling boss mode where you need to find them in existing levels using clues.
There’s three new Amiibos including Elephant Mario, Polin and Prince Florian as well as Captain Toad & Talking Flower releasing on the same day for $30 each and the Talking Flower toy will release on the same day as well for $49.95 and it can talk to you when you wake up, send you to sleep with a smile and can also talk contextually based on the time of the day and the temperature.
