NVIDIA RTX 3090

Nvidia GeForce RTX 3090 Photos Have Leaked And It’s Big And Bold

Nvidia’s big RTX 3090/3080 event is taking place on September 2nd, but it looks like more photos of the GeForce RTX 3090 have leaked, and it’s definitely a big boy. These photos match up with the renders that had previously leaked.

In the pictures, it’s placed next to an RTX 2080, and it’s noticeably bigger with its triple fan design, meaning that it’s not going to fit in a lot of smaller cases. It’s rumoured that the 30 series will use a new 12-pin connector and require the use of a 850w PWU (which would be a decent step up from the requirement of a 650w PSU that the 2080 TI requires).

The Tweet also notes a $2,000 USD price tag, but it was quickly corrected to be around the $1,400 USD mark (roughly $2,000 AUD).

It’s going to be interesting to see how this all plays out next week. We’ll let you know as soon as Nvidia announce their new 30 series GPUs.
