In the first match of the tournament Australia absolutely annihilated Italy in our first Overwatch World Cup match. We managed to win the match 4-0, absolutely taking it to Italy in what was a one sided affair.
The tournament is taking place in Sydney this weekend. There’s still two more matches for us to play – We’ve got to play Portugal tomorrow and Sweden on Sunday before we hopefully make our way into the final which is happening later in the day on Sunday. If we can manage to come out on top, Australia will be heading to the finals at Blizzcon later this year.
