In the CGI Assassin’s Creed Valhalla reveal trailer, we saw a few glimpses of wolves throughout the Nordic scenery.
We asked Creative Director, Ashraf Ismail if you’d be able to call a Wolf companion and he let us know that there was in-fact a specific skill that would let you call in a wolf to come and help you in battle. He also alluded to other pet companions that didn’t want to reveal too much

“There’s different forms when it comes to animal companions. I don’t want to go into specifics, but yes, there is an ability at some point where you can call in a wolf to come and help you. There’s other journeys in the game that will more or less involve other animals, so it’s a different take but yes animals have a space within the journey.” said Ashraf Ismail.
