Whilst we’ve seen a few games such as Spider-Man: Miles Morales and Sackboy: A Big Adventure come to the PS4 (after initially being announced for PS5), Insomniac seems fairly confident in the fact that Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart will only come to PS5. This was expected due to the fast loading of worlds that requires the SSD, but anything goes this generation.
In a Tweet, Insomniac replied to a user asking if the game would come to PS4 by saying “It’s a PS5 exclusive”.

We don’t know when Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart is coming, but we expect it’ll be fairly early in 2021. It’s the PS5 game that we’ve seen the most for, so it looks to be fairly far along.
