There’s a pretty big Cyberpunk 2077 glitch early on in the game (no matter which life path you choose). Fairly early on in the game, you will visit the Ripperdoc who will give you your first enhancements. The mission is fairly straight forward in terms of heading to the Ripperdoc with Jackie and getting your first enhancements whilst going through some dialogue.
It’s after the mission should end that a lot of people are running into issues. I didn’t face this particular issue on PC, but I did playing the PS4 version on PS5. After the mission ends, you’re supposed to return to Jackie who is waiting on reception, but quite frequently he will disappear from the world completely meaning that you’re unable to find him and the Ripperdoc mission doesn’t end.
I was lucky enough that I’d played through this portion of the game on three other occasions, so I knew what was supposed to happen and where Jackie was supposed to be (even though he completely glitched out on the PC version as you can see below).

HOW TO COMPLETE THE RIPPERDOC MISSION IN CYBERPUNK 2077
If you hadn’t played through this part of the game before, you’d feel fairly lost and unsure how to end this mission. It tells you to talk to Viktor, which you can still do to pay off your debt, but you’ll never be able to get through this mission without going back to an earlier save, in which should hopefully bring Jackie back into the world and automatically complete.
The game is fairly good at auto saving, so you shouldn’t have to redo any of the Ripperdoc mission and it should literally complete automatically. If it doesn’t, you should have an autosave that’s hopefully either at the start of this mission (again it’s a fairly short one) or you may have to resort to an earlier save, which gain shouldn’t result in losing any progress.
There’s no shortages of bugs in Cyberpunk 2077 at the moment. This is just another one of them.
