The first Cricket 22 gameplay trailer has been revealed and it features old mate Bajo going through the changes.
The classic twin stick controls are still there, but there’s a new arcade bowling system which allows you to move the ending marker to where you want the ball to land before choosing your delivery. Once you bowl, you can still make minor movements using the new after touch system.
When it comes to fielding, there seems to be a new cinematic camera which incorporates slow-mo in order for you to quickly aim the ball exactly where you want it. There’s also a new quick-time event that effects how you catch the ball. There’s also a bunch of new bowling animations, which will hopefully improve the feel.
Cricket 22 launches on PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, PS4 and PC on November 25th. You can pre-order the game now to get access to a Cricket 22 nets training demo.
