WB has just dropped 14 minutes of brand new Gotham Knights gameplay footage, but more interesting is the fact that the game will now only release on PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
In a statement provided in the press release (as obtained by VG247) it is noted that the game will now only release on these consoles to provide the best gameplay experience. The game had previously been announced for release on PS4 and Xbox One almost two years ago.
“Please note, to provide players with the best possible gameplay experience, the game will release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC and will not be available for PlayStation 4 or Xbox One consoles.”

The Gotham Knights Deluxe Edition includes the main game and Visionary Pack. The Visionary Pack includes the Exclusive “Knightwatch by Jim Lee” Transmog, Beyond Suitstyle, Salvage to build new Gear, Boosted Gear, an Exclusive Emote and 3 Suit Colorways.
In the gameplay footage, you can expect to see a high emphasis on mobility, with Nightwing’s glider as well as Red Hood’s mystical leap shown off. We also get a glimpse of the Batcycle. We also get a look at Belfry which will serve as a home base within the game. Within Belfry, you can choose missions from the Batcomputer.
