Naughty Dog has announced that The Last Of Us Part 1 has gone gold ahead of its release on September 2nd. This means that the game is now ready to be sent to print and there should be no delays to the game’s release.

Taking to Twitter, the company posted the below message: “Thrilled to announce The Last of Us Part I has gone gold! Congratulations to the Dogs and our partners PlayStation who contributed their passion and talent to the growing world of The Last Of Us”

The Last Of Us Part 1 releases on September 2nd. The cheapest price is currently $109 with free shipping on Amazon. 

The game will feature completely rebuilt visuals using Naughty Dog’s latest PS5 engine, fast loading, haptic feedback to feel the sensation of falling rain, use of the adaptive triggers to feel the likes of Joel’s Revolver and Elie’s bow and 3D audio.
