Sonic Frontiers’ marketing campaign has certainly been an interesting one up to now. Early looks at the game drew criticism for open-world gameplay that looked unpolished and unimaginative, but as time’s gone on and we’ve seen more of the game (and especially the classically-styled Cyberspace stages) there’s reason enough to be cautiously optimistic about it.
The latest official trailer cements this even further by finally giving eager fans a breakdown of exactly what to expect from the game. The Sonic Frontiers Overview Trailer goes into detail about the game’s story and setting, gameplay structure, combat and progression. You can watch the full thing below:
