CD Projekt finally revealed the release date for its highly-anticipated Cyberpunk 2077 DLC expansion, titled Phantom Liberty, during this month’s Xbox Games Showcase, with the huge story expansion set to drop on September 26th for PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
Now, it’s also been revealed that fans who purchase the game, have it linked it to their GOG account, and also have owned and linked either The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and Gwent: The Witcher Card Game, will receive some neat Witcher-themed items for their version of the game’s protagonist, V.
Those who own The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and have linked their GOG account will get a special Witcher-inspired jacket as well as their very own “Gwynbleidd” Witcher sword, while players who also have their account linked to a copy of Gwent: The Witcher Card Game will receive a Gwent-themed t-shirt and a special Scorch gun.
The wording on CDP’s post announcing the goodies states that these will be available to those who “pre-order” the Phantom Liberty expansion, but the base game’s Witcher-themed rewards were available at launch for anyone who registered their game with GOG so it would stand to reason that this time will be no different.
