LEGO 2K Drive Is Free To Play On PlayStation This Weekend

Them's the bricks!

If you’re yet to try LEGO 2K Drive, this year’s excellent open-world racing adventure where players can build the LEGO vehicles of their dreams and tear through distinct and secret-packed environments, then boy do we have an opportunity for you!

Visual Concepts and 2K have put together a very enticing offer for this weekend only, allowing PlayStation players to download and play the game for free from right now until September 11th. It’s a nice little chunk of time to get a feel for the game, win a few races, maybe even play through the entire campaign if you’re feeling particularly indoors over the next couple of days.

So if you’re keen to put the pedal to the plastic this weekend on PS5 and PS4, you can get around it by heading to the PlayStation Store here and downloading the game.

Once you’ve exhausted your free time in the game, you can also pick it up at a discount on the PlayStation Store until September 14th.

Still not convinced? We gave LEGO 2K Drive an 8.5/10 in our review when it launched in May this year, saying “LEGO 2K Drive is a wildly impressive triple threat of a great LEGO game, a great open-world adventure and a great racing game. Whether you want to challenge your friends in slick and exciting head-to-head races, tackle a hefty single-player campaign stuffed with varied and plentiful content, or just spend hours building your own LEGO vehicles by the brick, you’re absolutely covered here. A couple of issues aside, this is easily the best multiplatform arcade racer around.”
