PUMA Is Launching A Hot New PlayStation Collection

And at least some of it is coming to Australia!

PUMA and PlayStation have revealed a new collaboration bringing yet another line of PlayStation-inspired sneakers to the world following similar efforts from the likes of Nike with its numerous PlayStation collabs and Adidas with its Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 line.

The collection is slated to launch on April 18th in most markets and will include a range of apparel from hoodies to shorts, graphic tees, jackets, bags, caps and more all emblazoned with the iconic PlayStation shapes and other iconography, as well as the main features – new PlayStation-themed Suede and RS-X shoes.

While the entire line-up hasn’t been confirmed yet, we do know that at least the Suede sneakers and blue hoodie will be available in Australia on April 18th at Footlocker with prices still TDA.

“Play-inspired graphics, holo-scene prints, and shimmer techniques punctuate the collaboration’s apparel, while the PUMA and PLAYSTATION collection also serves up new renditions of the Suede and RS-X sneakers,” reads the press release accompanying the announcement.

“Taking inspiration from cutting-edge PUMATECH technology, the apparel’s performance-inspired cuts are emblazoned with the iconic PlayStation shapes. Active silhouettes like the Track Jacket and Technical Cap are mixed with daily essentials like the Hoodie and Shorts.

Available in both adult and kids sizing for all genders, the collaboration’s accompanying footwear features PUMA court icons like the Suede paired with running-inspired models like the RS-X, which feature elevated PlayStation detailing, debossed prints, and gradient color schemes.

It’s a good time to be a gamer looking to show off your fandom for games or platforms, with Uniqlo having recently revealed collections based on The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom as well as a second round of Final Fantasy UT shirts featuring Final Fantasy XVI, Final Fantasy XIV Online and Final Fantasy Pixel Remasters.

Converse also recently dropped a pretty sick Dungeons & Dragons line, so RIP my wallet for the next few months, I guess.
