It’s been a couple of months since we first heard murmurs that the TimeSplitters games might make their way to modern PlayStation consoles via PlayStation Plus, and the day is finally arriving – announced along with the rest of the PlayStation Plus Extra/Deluxe line-up revealed overnight, all three of the original games are headed to PS5 and PS4 next week.
The games will arrive on Tuesday, August 20th when the rest of the new catalogue drops and, if other recent PS2 offerings are any indication, should also be available separately for a small amount.
Like other emulated PS2 games on the service, they should also include nifty extras like up-rendering, rewind, quick save, and custom video filters.
