Here’s The Solution To The Second Round Of The Cyberpunk 2077 NVIDIA RTX 4090 Giveaway

We've got the answers to help you enter and win!

CD Projekt Red is teaming up with NVIDIA to give away three custom Cyberpunk 2077-themed GeForce RTX 4090 GPUs in a (sort of) cryptic ARG-style competition. There are only three of these CP2077 edition GeForce RTX 4090 Founders Edition graphics cards in existence, and they’re all up for grabs in this competition.

The publisher has been taking to Twitter with images containing hidden codes, encouraging users to add the code to a URL to find the next step towards entering with a chance to win. This first round was a painfully obvious one and although this next challenge is very slightly more difficult it still took us no more than a few seconds to figure it out, so we’ve provided the solution below to get you entering even faster. Don’t read on if you’d prefer to figure it out for yourself!

Like last time, the idea here is to find a hidden message contained in the image tweeted and add the code to a URL to find the webpage where you’ll get instructions on what in-game photos CDPR is looking for as entries. If you look closely enough at the above image you’ll see some binary code which, when translated, gives us the word “COURIER”. Add that to the provided url and you get cp2077.ly/COURIER and the below message:

“Managed to decrypt my second message? Preem! Now let’s get to work.

In case your memory chip got fried or something, here’s the rundown again; I intercepted a Tetratronic comm about some preem hardware they’re moving somewhere in Night City. I’m planning to swipe it from under their noses, but I need help getting some vital info I’m missing.

That’s where you come in. I got part of what I needed from the previous gig. Now I need you to find a courier who knows more about the shipment and take a photo of them. Again – It could be anybody in Night City. Try to find someone who looks like they could know about the hardware and I’ll run a background scan based on the photo you take, just like last time. I’ll be impressed if you get it on your first try, and I’m expecting you to impress me.

How do you get in touch after the job’s done? Send the photo in a comment to the original message on Twitter (you know, the one you decrypted).

What do you get out of it? Same as last time: I got my hands on three one-of-a-kind pieces of tech – NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 with Cyberpunk 2077 Backplate. Only three were made and one of them is the reward for this task.

After this I’ll need one more thing. I’ll be sending comms regarding it later, encrypted as always. In case you’ll need it, you’ll have one more chance at getting the goods.

Remember, I never leave things like this to luck, so there’ll be other runners involved-meaning you better bring your A-game!

First round solution below:

After adding the code “GR3EN” to the URL provided, punters are directed to a page containing the below information, which essentially instructs them to take a photo of anything green in-game using Cyberpunk 2077’s photo mode and posting it underneath the original tweet:

cyberpunk 2077 nvidia rtx 4090

The message reads:

“To all mercs who decrypted my message – I have an unusual gig for you in return for a top-tier, custom piece of hardware.

Long story short: I intercepted a Tetratronic comm about some preem hardware they’re moving somewhere in Night City. I’m planning to swipe it from under their noses, but I need help getting some vital info I’m missing. That’s where you come in.

First I need you to (and I know how this sounds) find something GREEN in Night City and take a photo of it. Message was pretty garbled, so it could be anything – clothing, vehicle, building, you name it. All I know is that it might somehow contain the info I need. I’ll then do my magic and extract it from the photo – got my ways, you know.

While you’re at it, why not get creative and make the photo you snap a stylish one? Won’t hurt to have a little fun, maybe earn a quick buck on the side later down the line by selling it to some artsy type. Plus I’ll bet the most creative photo will be the winner anyway, always is.

How do you get in touch after the job’s done? Glad you asked! Post the photo in a comment response to the original message on Twitter (you know, the one you decrypted).

What do you get out of it? That’s the best part. I got my hands on three one-of-a-kind pieces of tech – NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 with Cyberpunk 2077 Backplate. Only three were made and one of them is the reward for this task.

As for the other two… Don’t tell me you thought it would be that easy. There’s plenty of work after this to be done and tech like this is plenty incentive to get you – and other runners if you’re out of the game by then – do what needs to be done.

It’s clear from reading the promotion instructions that the actual subject of the photo is irrelevant, CDPR just wants to see the “most creative and original screenshot following the task”. So what are you waiting for? Get snapping!
