Microsoft has revealed that the Xbox Kinect will no longer be manufactured.
It’s not really surprising, but also hard to believe that the Xbox One was originally forcefully bundled with the Xbox Kinect.
Kinect was originally partnered with the 360 in 2010 before an upgrade model was released alongside the Xbox One. Combined, the Kinect has apparently shipped 35 million units which is quite incredible.
Software support has been a mixed bag over the years with RARE creating some decent titles for the device.
