Another New Xbox Controller Colour Has Leaked

Xbox is going green in a new way.

It feels like we’ve written this story multiple times already this year, but yet another upcoming new Xbox Wireless Controller colourway has leaked.

Thanks to the ever well-informed billbil-kun, it’s been revealed that the “Velocity Green” Xbox Wireless Controller will launch in at least some regions next week on February 28th, at the standard price point for these limited colour offerings.

Although the leak came with images presumably from the product box, billbil-kun has chosen to obscure them. It’s not overly difficult to get an idea of what the controller will look like, though:

Unlike the recently-released Stellar Shift design, Velocity Green is a colour already available when customising one of these controllers in Xbox Design Lab, but it looks to have at least some matching face button colours in this version.

We anticipate that Microsoft will officially announce this one shortly.

In other Xbox news, the company said this week that it had signed “a binding, 10-year contract with Nintendo to bring the full Call of Duty experience to Nintendo players.”
