Shaun Layden has told Fox Business that the Uncharted franchise as a whole has sold 28 million copies to date. This is including Uncharted 1, 2, 3 and Golden Abyss. This is a pretty decent amount considering the series didn’t become a big-hitter until Uncharted 2 released.
It is expected that Uncharted 4 will sell somewhere between 7-10 million units. Sony announced last month that the PlayStation 4 had shipped 40 million units.
