Pokemon GO players are being targeted in VicRoad’s latest safety campaign. Electronic road signs have popped up on Melbourne’s busiest roads this morning. The billboards are a stark reminder to drivers, that they shouldn’t ‘Drive and Pokemon’.
Robyn Seymour, who is the director of vehicle and road use policy at VicRoads told The Age that it was a precautionary measure more than anything, and that these were in place at 40 popular locations as of Wednesday morning.
