It was heavily rumoured in the lead up to the Nintendo Switch reveal that Fire Emblem would be on the Nintendo Switch in a big way. We did get Fire Emblem Warriors, which is not what many fans wanted.
Today a NeoGAF user has found a piece of code on the Fire Emblem: Warriors website seems to indicate that Fire Emblem Fates: Revelation appears to be coming to the Nintendo Switch. Clearly referenced in the code is ‘Fire Emblem Fates: Revelation for Nintendo Switch’.
We know that Nintendo has already announced a Fire Emblem: Warriors Nintendo Direct in the coming weeks, so could they use this stage to announce the port?
It’s unclear whether it will be a straight port or a HD remake. I’d like to think that Nintendo will at least take the time to upscale the graphics to HD.
