PlayStation is back with another discount offer on its upgraded PlayStation Plus Extra and Deluxe tiers, both for brand-new subscribers and anyone looking to upgrade from the base PlayStation Plus Essential tier.
From now until January 13th, both the Extra and Deluxe 12 month subscriptions are $55 off for new users. The Deluxe tier comes down to $99.95 from $154.95 for 12 months while Extra is down to $79.95 from $134.95 – a 40% discount in the case of the latter that puts it on par with the price of a regular 12 month Essential subscription.
Meanwhile, existing subscribers who upgrade from Essential to one of the higher tiers for 12 months will get 30% off their upgrade fee.
