It’s hard to fathom just how quickly Overwatch has grown over its first year and a half.
Overwatch developer Blizzard announced the milestone today on their Twitter, thanking fans in particular for teaming up for the ride.

For a game that had a modest seven million players at launch, the climb to this amazing milestone has definitely been steady. Typical of Blizzard, they didn’t exactly break down the numbers for us, but it’s clear to see that Overwatch is a monster title across all platforms its on.
For those still in the thick of playing, Junkenstein’s Revenge, the game’s Halloween event, is currently running and will do so up until the month’s end.
