Following on from its extremely successful Melbourne launch in 2020, Fortress has now opened its doors in Sydney.
The massive gaming and esports venue is located in Central Park Mall in Chippendale and houses a massive arcade, over 60 fully-decked out Alienware PCs, streamer pods and the Tavern which is the drinks/food part of the venue. There’s also a sci-far bar called 2315 with an interactive AI installation.
The venue is open 7 days a week and is free to enter and also houses an 182 seat arena that can be used for events and tournaments.
As far as weekly events go at Fortress Sydney, you can expect the below;
- Monday – Tavern trivia
- Wednesday – Board Game Social
- Sunday – Dungeons and Flagons
To celebrate the launch of Fortress Sydney, the company has announced its first event. It’s taking place on Friday, May 5th and it’s titled ‘Sci-Fi VS Fantasy’.
Tickets are available from $31.50 and can be found right HERE. Tickets include one free drink, a collectible pin and free play on the range of consoles and PCs.
