PAX Australia has announced the Storytime Keynote speaker for this year’s event, and it’s none other than iconic voice-over artist, Erika Ishii.
Hailing from California, Ishii has an enormous list of video game voice credits with roles in the likes of Apex Legends, Cyberpunk 2077, Stray Gods: The Roleplaying Musical, Destiny 2 and Deathloop along with features in a number of RPG web series like Critical Role and Dimension 20.
Ishii’s Storytime Keynote will be delivered in the Main Theatre at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre for PAX ticket-holders to attend on Friday, October 6th at 12PM AEDT.
Also announced are a number of other guests and acts, including God of War: Ragnarok’s Ben Prendergast, Genshin Impact and Street Fighter 6’s Jenny Yokobori, Sydney jazz ensemble The Consouls – known for their video game arrangements and for their work on the Advance Wars 1+2 Re-boot Camp soundtrack, comedian John Robertson bringing his world-famous live action video game The Dark Room and a heap more.
