Star Wars JEdi Survivor Delayed

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Is Coming To EA Play And Game Pass Ultimate

And PC Game Pass!

After it started to appear for PlayStation members overnight, EA has now confirmed (via the Xbox Wire blog) that last year’s celebrated action adventure sequel, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, is soon going to be available for EA Play members on all platforms as part of their subscription – which also includes those with access to EA Play benefits on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscriptions.

The game will be rolled into the EA Play “Play List” starting April 25th.

The addition of one of last year’s biggest AAA releases follows a pretty sharp price increase to EA Play memberships that was introduced very recently. A monthly subscription to the standard EA Play membership – which includes unlimited access to a collection of EA titles to play as well as 10 hours of included, early play of select new release games – went up from $6.95 to $8.95, while the discounted yearly subscription has jumped from $39.95 to $59.95. Star Wars Jedi: Survivor made the #9 spot in our Game of the Year countdown last year, and we scored it a huge 9/10 in our review when it launched in April. In the review, James said, “Star Wars Jedi: Survivor sharpens combat and exploration to a fine point while delivering a story that goes all in on its characters and human drama. Some minor pacing issues can’t stop the game from achieving exciting new heights for the series, if you’re willing to let it take you there.”

This last-minute technical addition to the April line-up for certain tiers of Xbox Game Pass members joins a pretty decent month that also includes some killer day one launch additions like Botany Manor, Harold Halibut, Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes, Another Crab’s Treasure and Manor Lords.
