EB Games Has Brought Back Trade-Ins On A Bunch Of Older Consoles

After it ceased trading them early last year, EB Games has revealed that it’s now once again accepting original PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo 3DS and 2DS consoles for trade-ins at its stores.

The changes are a part of a wider push for trade-ins at EB, which has also launched a “Best Trade Price Guarantee” to promise customers they’ll get more value at EB stores than competing retailers.

The announcement of the Best Price Guarantee was fairly light on specifics, such as how much EB will beat other stores’ trade prices by, and what exclusions exist other than it obviously not matching or beating online/private traders, but it seems like a good way for customers to ensure they’re getting the most value by trading with EB.

And alongside the launch of this initiative, between now and May 26th EB World members can get anywhere between 15% and 25% extra trade value on their games depending on how many items they trade in. The added values are as listed:
