LEGO Fortnite Sets Are Coming With Pre-Orders Live Now

The LEGO to game to LEGO pipeline.

It was inevitable. After the launch of the (admittedly very fun) LEGO survival crafting mode in Fortnite late last year, it’s now time for Fortnite to come to the world of LEGO, with four brand new real-world Fortnite sets announced overnight.

The sets revealed cover off some Fortnite essentials, from the iconic Battle Bus to the Supply Llama, a solitary Durr Burger and the fan-favourite Peely Bone skin. It’s a neat crossover, with the Battle Bus in particular coming with nine minifigures based on some of the game’s most recognisable skins, which themselves had already been given the virtual minifigure treatment in the game’s LEGO mode. Each minifigure is shown holding an item from the game, like a standard pickaxe or Chug Jug – no guns to be seen in these ages 10+ sets (Peely Bone is an 18+ set so they get a gun).

All four of these sets will be launching on October 1st for general sale, but pre-orders are already live on the official LEGO online store.

Here’s a quick look at all four sets:

It’s a good year to be a gamer and LEGO fan, with some exciting new gaming-themed sets having already released from franchises like Sonic the Hedgehog and Animal Crossing, and some even bigger things on the way including the Minecraft Crafting Table, three sizeable new Super Mario sets and of course – the $450 The Legend of Zelda: Great Deku Tree.

And if you’re interested in trying out the LEGO mode in Fortnite, in which players can explore an open world, build farms and towns, craft gear and generally just survive along with friends, you can find out more here.
