The Super Smash Bros Amiibo Range Is Finally Ending

After almost three years, the first line of Amiibo is finally coming to an end. The Super Smash Bros range which kicked off in September 2014 comes to an end tomorrow with the release of six final Amiibo.

Cheekily, Nintendo is actually releasing two of each of the last three characters, Cloud, Corrin and Bayonetta. From what I can tell, there’s no difference between them in functionality, but they all look slightly different.

Astoundingly, there’s 62 (give or take) Amiibo in the Super Smash Bros range, and it’s been a painstakingly long wait for Amiibo collectors to finish this series off. Barring any last minute Nintendo Switch Smash Bros announcement, this should be the final few in this series for quite a while.

They are available tomorrow (Friday) alongside three more Splatoon Amiibo.
